we all are associated with local farmers as well as villagers group around Surat.
1. we have supported vill -sarsana, di-Surat.to oppose trade center project, convention center project on government land which was previously allotted to poor villagers free of cost, the Surat chamber of commerce people has made corruption and taken government land on a throw away price and have vacated the slums type resident built by villagers to whom govt allotted free land by illegal police force, we have helped them by using RTI.corruption highlighted. Villagers have primary right to have shelter, have gaucher, playgrounds and ponds etc. we have supported to fight with local government and in high court Gujarat. And succeed in providing their land. We are still in movement to fight misuse of public monies and public land for white elephant type project approved in lieu of putting of electricity tariff movement against government of Gujarat by politicians and local chambers businessmen. we have make guilt by penalize chamber of commerce on the issue of cutting trees, illegal construction ,making bore wells in coastal land to save under ground water ingress problems,...etc.still we are fighting to cancel the said project which hinders waterways to sea. This project will bottleneck rain water and water logging happens to adjoining villages.
2. We have supported victims of flood affected citizens of Surat to get financial assistance and rehabilitation support and also made presentation in commission of Gujarat made for flood check. we have presented for water logging by palas earthen dam type structure built by zinga talav permitted by corruption of local collectors to local politicians and succeeded to demolish it for effective waterways to sea to lessen the chances of flood in Surat.we have helped victims of RABIYA building of rander area of Surat demolished by flood by providing their rehabilitation package not given by government stating project of illegal construction by builders and builders, architects and local concern corrupted officer are under legal custody and prosecution.

3. we have arranged RTI seminars in local coastal villages AABHVA,ICHHAPOR AND MAKE THEM AWARE TO FIGHT CORRUPTION HAPPEN WITH THEIR VILLAGE PUBLIC LAND ILLEGALLY ALLOT ED BY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNDER NAME OF VIBRANT GUJARAT PROJECTS. In Aabhava village without caring coastal regulation and contour of rain waterway to sea land allotted to NRI group Florida metal and chhatralla group. We have also started to awaken local villagers of more than 40 villages for corruption in pradhanmantri sadak yojana.
4. We are undermining fact of patan dalit student rape case by getting all details under RTI, and cooperating all victims by financially as well as legally, morally to fight unto the last. We have made presentation to national women council and local police. We are preparing to court by PIL for restructuring the system of education and make transparency.
5. we are preparing to fight against Gujarat industrial development corporation and local government against corrupted land acquisition as well as we are scrutinizing every coming up project of sez,project under name of notified and vibrant Gujarat’s projects and SEZ etc.we all are planning to control industrialization which unbalancing local environments. Increased pollutions, urbanisation etc.
6. We are on movement of effective use of public land and public fund. We also try to watchdog on every new projects, allotment of funds, new T.P.schemes which are violating coastal and other natural laws.
7. We are appreciating your efforts of advocacy and making joint efforts for restructuring system, laws in professional manners. We need your cooperation and guidance how to fight effectively to make ultimate universal balance growth.

Briefly, undersigned hereby want to express in continuation of your movement.
1. in Gujarat autocracy and beaurocracy authority network established ,and these all combined ,to sell all fertile land to ,corporate by any means like under name of vibrant gujarat,Sez,even by name as notified areas,gidc etc.gidc-gujarat industrial development corporation had acquired lots of fertile land and not able to use for the purpose of acquisition since more than 25 years. still new gidc estate under pipe line to grab more fertile land and make monies through use of different loops of laws and by politics, poor farmers are loosing their land as property, as well as their source of income instead of few money deposited in court by law of acquiring and false promises of employments and other. More then 70 % land acquired by gidc not used but wasted lots of money as salary and expenses to all gidc establishments, under subsidy and loss to nation of crops and animal husbandry business. more loss to farmers and their families ,some families sucides,some losing character and gained AIDS type Disease, addicted and loss hope of life as wall as in democracy.
2. Further by corruption in some projects this corrupted team has gain grants of crores of rupees of industrial infrastructure up gradation scheme (iius) and misused in other expenses .all are corrupted from district to central level. And all are partner in misuse of fertile land, public monies and laws.

3. violation of coastal regulation, EIA, under ground water laws, maritime acts, water prevention act, disaster management provisions, townplanning provisions, forest related and environmental acts, not compiling pollution control provisions and many many acts.... in a name of single window clearance system.
4. White elephants types projects are increasing and no concrete opposition party or organization exist which can watch guard all this happening. No physibility, viability, no market survey, no proper environ impact assessment nothing doing...just corruptions everywhere...
5. hope this pune western consultation on sez highlight all these in significant way and show the direction of fight, restructure the system, make awareness about rights and united we all get succeed

Gems and jeweler park SEZ at village –Ichhapore, Surat opposed by local farmer groupGems and jeweler park SEZ at village –Ichhapore, Surat opposed by local farmer group leader shri Janakbhai D Patel (convener of Ichhapor khedut samaj) and Natubhai Patel of Gujarat vichar manch (a nonpolitical intellectuals association) today stating following details1. Gems and jeweler SEZ project is an act of human right violation and misuse of fertile land, public money and cluster of gems and jeweler industrial infrastructure fund Rs 85 crore grant. They have changed use of granted money, even though not used in specified project report work. Nor returned money to government back with 6 % penalty for non utilization of said fund in two year for the specified work. Corruption has taken place in this transaction.2. Gems and jeweler cluster and sez project is a illegal act of Nanu vanani (BJP MLA) and their diamond merchant cum builder group associated venture. They have taken fertile land from GIDC at the throw away prices.i.e. GIDC has given part of same fertile land to Bharat petroleum at 425 Rs per sqmt in year 2001 and after 5 year at the rate of 225/- per sqmt given to gems and jeweler cluster project of GUJARAT HIRA BOURSE.surat.its a straight forward proof of cheating public and misuse of unused GIDC acquired fertile land.3. GIDC has acquired said fertile land although have strong aggression of local farmers who have lost their fertile land, source of income. At Rs 16 per meter in 1986-87.and sell to Bharat petroleum at Rs 425/- per sqmt in past and in present builder cum diamond merchant group of Nanu vanani team has taken these land present market price of said land 87lacs per acre in only 225/- Rs per sqmt 4. GIDC not utilized fertile land in any industrial activity and make following loss minimum 100 crores in 20 years to nation. And government and Supreme Court must file charge to recover following loss from GIDC, GUJARAT HIRA BOURSE and allied concern authorities.
a. Loss due to non production from fertile land can be worked out as 30 crore minimum can be calculated as-1500 acre fertile land *Rs 8000/- to Rs 10000/- minimum per year crop income average per year *20 years (1987 to 2007 = Rs 24,80,00,000/- to Rs 30.00,00,000/- (30 crore)b. Loss due to effect on animal husbandry and dairy business production can be estimated minimum (500 family *Rs 2000/-per month* 20 years) Rs 24, 00, 00,000/- (24 crore.)c. Loss due to non giving jobs to fertile land loser farmers can be estimated as 500 farmer families for 20years per month average 2000/- Rs minimum income loss (500family * 240 month* 2500 Rs per month ) =30,00,00,000/-(30crore )d. Loss due to deforestation -Rs 5 lacs per year *20 years=1 croree. Loss due to environmental impact, flood rehabilitation expenses paid to flood victim due to recent man made floods face by surat (in these specific area average 7 to 10 ft height of flood water effected due to reclamation to areas and due to bottle necking water ways to sea for rain natural drains ), pollution related effect, loss of greenery can not be resettled by expense up to Rs 50 lacs per year=for 20 year @ 50 lacs per year= Rest 10,00,00,000/- (10 crore)f. Losing character, hope in democracy,falled in depression, psychological behavior change of poor farmer, many poor farmer women gets Aids and loss in family system, many family main person suicide, gets different disease ,and addiction of wines and others can not be calculated in monetary term estimated restructuring rehabilitation cost up to 5 to 10 crore for coming generation.5. GIDC have to return all farmers without any payment when GIDC has not utilized these lands since 20 years and makes unbearable losses to local farmers. Some have lost all land in GIDC land acquisition. There was strong opposition• before zone change in industrial, commercial by suda, • at the time of land acquisition, • at the allocation of said land to jail • at allocation to gems jeweler cluster and sez projects.
• On foundation laying ceremony by chief minister Narendra modi.• Construction of compound and others land filing, tree cutting works carried out on site• at the time of running bulldozer on resident of farmers• at the timing of demolition of canals 6. One of partner and member of this diamond merchant cum builder (named Ramji shamji Italiya and others) and has get duly power of attorneys of Ichhapor farmers .this is a organized pre planned crime and now converted to safely save all scandals in name of SEZ.only 250 diamond merchant partners are playing this dirty game which results in violation of humanity, democracy, and many laws of nature and law constituted by INDIA (Bharat ki bhumi ka apman kiya hai)
7. GIDC and government of Gujarat officials, Gujarat hira bourse and their spv –SAR INFRACON, local political leaders etc have made violation of many acts in gems and Jeweler Park Sez cluster project. Under damage to public property, public liability act, misuse of authority, corruption act, human violation act and related criminal act and many natural laws. HON. Supreme Court is requested to make suomotto Public interest litigation to help victim of this and such other scandals.
